Refund policy

  • Returns accepted for 3 days from the date of delivery or purchase whichever is later
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not worn or used, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return is approved.
    • If the return is approved, you’ll be able to exchange for another product or get a refund. Refunds are automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process.
    • If the return is not approved, we will let you know the reason and ship the product to you. You will be charged for the shipping.
  • No restocking fee will be assessed for approved returns.

When are returns not approved?

  • When the item returned has been worn or used or price tags are removed.
  • When the products are customized per your request and there is no damages in the product at the time of delivery.
